The Siebel Server Manager command-line interface is also known as the srvrmgr program. It is used to administer the Siebel Enterprise Server, individual Siebel Servers, and Siebel Server components and component groups by individual commands.
You can find srvrmgr.exe under \SIEBSRVR_ROOT\bin directory.
Run cd \SIEBSRVR_ROOT\bin on the windows command console, and then excute the srvrmgr with appropriate flags,
/g gateway server address (required)
/e enterprise server name (defaults to siebel when /e is not specified)
/u server administrator username (required)
/p server administrator password (required)
/s siebel server (defaults to all servers)
/z servergroup name (defaults to all servers when /s is not specified)
/l language code (defaults to ENU)
/i get commands from file
/o direct output to file
/c execute a single command
/m enable compression
/r enable encryption
/b batch mode (used with /i, exit when error is encountered)
/h print this message
for example: srvrmgr /g gateway1 /e enterprise1 /s server1 /u sadmin /p sadmin.
When connect to the siebel server successfully, there is a message like this:
Connected to 1 server(s) out of a total of 1 server(s) in the enterprise
and then the system prompt changes to:
Now you can enjoy this command-interface to manage your siebel Server, like view the task/compnent/compnent group running, manage the task/component/compnent group etc.
